Manufacturer Provided Description
The Sea Sport 27 Pilot is big enough to take the entire family, or a group of friends, fishing or cruising in comfort yet it's small enough to be trailerable. Both utility and livability are addressed in the 27's design. Outside there's 55 square feet of fishing deck with a gunwale-mounted fish cleaning well for the family's fishermen. Inside, non-fishermen are well looked after. A full galley with stove, icebox, and sink with pressurized water allow for enjoyable kitchen craft in a space well lit by large windows. A wide dinette converts to sleeping for two. A family of six can be easily accommodated with two sleeping in the dinette, two in the V-berth, and more in the midship pullman berth. The 27 Pilot takes its name from the raised pilothouse design that provides wide-range visibility for the skipper. Dinghy and crab pot storage is provided for on the aft roof and a radar arch sits nicely on the pilot roof. Reverse raked forward windows allow for water shedding and glare reduction.
